Step-by-Step Process:

1. Check if Your Mobile is really locked? means when you enter your password and after that face the (30-second and 120-second lock), if you face it, try it.

2. Switched off your phone with your power button with a long press. After that,

3. Long-press the power button and volume up button together, and still wait, and you will see the screen with multiple points like that 👇

4. Now, focus on this point. When you see the points on screen so on this time the touch screen can't work because this is a sensitive part of this point.

5. So what do you do? Now you can use your mobile's buttons means(Power button{Use for enter}, Volume up button{Use for visit the points which are up side}, and  Volume down button{Use for visit the points which are down side}

6. Now you can first of all go to the wipe data and press the power button, you can enter the wipe data option and reset all the data.

7. After that, you can go top of the list and select the reboot option, and after that, press the power button, and you will enter the reboot option.

8. Wait a few minutes so your phone is completely rebooted, and your phone is becomes like a new mobile
